Instruction Overview
Whether your library calls it instruction, BI, information literacy training, one-shots, library orientation, or user education, this is where you can look for resources created by and for your CARLI colleagues. Handouts from forums, best practices, documentation, and webinar recordings applicable to matters of Library Instruction may be found here.
ACRL Framework Toolkit
This Toolkit maps those instructional activities taught at the CARLI Instruction Showcase to the Framework, with the hopes that instruction librarians can use these presentations as resources for creating and/or re-imagining their own library instruction to accord with the Frames.
Annual Library Instruction Showcase Presentations
Since 2013, the CARLI Instruction Showcase has offered academic librarians from Illinois the opportunity to share tips, tricks, and techniques they have used in library instruction. This page collates all of the showcase presentations.
