Resource Sharing

As the adage goes, [Resource] Sharing is caring. Both libraries and their patrons benefit from the sharing of collections, knowledge, and expertise. While the term Resource Sharing can be used to encompass the sharing of many resources, the documentation included below focuses primarily on the sharing of collections, both within the I-Share system and beyond. I-Share/Voyager-specific documentation

Best Practices and Suggested Workflows (non-I-Share specific)

Open Access and Interlibrary Loan: Open Access (OA) resources provide a wealth of material available for Interlibrary Loan units to fulfill patron requests. While OA materials are freely available to library users, they are often difficult for researchers to easily discover and access. Interlibrary Loan units that develop workflows that incorporate OA resources are able to improve the service they provide.
