Collection Assessment for Preservation Purposes Webinar

The CARLI Preservation Committee is pleased to present a webinar on
“Collection Assessment for Preservation Purposes.”

Three panelists will share information on different assessment models
that libraries with various levels of expertise and resources may use to
assess their preservation needs in preparation for preservation projects
and/or grant applications to fund those projects.

Selected applicants will attend digital preservation training from July 9 through July 12, 2013, in Champaign. This program, sponsored by the CARLI Digital Collections Users' Group and Preservation Working Group, is designed to advance the understanding of digital preservation problems and solutions.
