Register by March 6 for “Usage Statistics for Electronic Resources: Beyond the Alphabet Soup” a pre-symposium webinar covering the basics of usage statistics in electronic resources. The webinar will be presented on  Monday, March 11, 2013  from  10:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. and  will cover the ABCs of usage statistics in order to familiarize attendees (and others) with the terminology and issues related to usage statistics in electronic resources.

CARLI to Purchase Alexander Street Press Video Collections

CARLI is pleased to announce plans to purchase six Alexander Street Press video collections for each governing member library. Thanks to significant purchases made by Northern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as additional purchases made by several other member libraries, Alexander Street Press has offered CARLI pricing that makes this purchase possible.

CARLI takes the collection of personally identifiable information required to provide library services very seriously. It is our policy to store personal information in our systems for the shortest amount of time necessary to complete transactions or provide service. Access to personal information is restricted to the library and consortium staff needing such access to conduct library business.
