How To: Removing Item Temporary Locations and Item Types from Reserves Items

I can’t change or remove the reserve location of an item record in cataloging? What’s wrong?

If the “Temp. Loc.” and “Temp. Type” fields are grayed out for the item record in Voyager Cataloging, this means the item record is on an active reserve list for Voyager Circulation.

Cataloging Maintenance Priority OC6: OCLC Record Number Formatting

OCLC numbers are the foundation of bibliographic matching and de-duplication. Non-Standard formatting of the OCLC number issues may contribute to discards or false overlays in the I-Share union catalog. Fixing formatting issues can have a large effect for a relatively small amount of one time labor.

Scheduled Downtime Sunday, June 26, 6AM-10AM

On Sunday, June 26, all I-Share/Voyager-related CARLI-supported systems will go offline for maintenance sometime between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

The length of downtime is estimated to be 30 minutes.

I-Share/Voyager services include: VuFind local catalogs, the I-Share union catalog, WebVoyage local catalogs, Z39.50, Voyager staff clients, and Voyager MS Access Reporting.  (Voyager Offline Backup Circ may be used during the downtime, if needed.)
