Register for RDA Training

Register now for CARLI’s hands-on RDA trainings for I-Share library original catalogers.  These one-day sessions will be offered at no charge, and will be repeated four times (twice in each of two locations):

      June 6 or 7: University of Illinois at Chicago

      June 10 or 11: CARLI Office, Champaign

 

Each session will be led by Susan Pritts, an RDA instructor for the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services. The sessions are designed for catalogers who create original bibliographic records; this is not training for RDA copy cataloging. Topics covered will include original RDA cataloging for print monographs, e-resources, and basic CDs and DVDs.

 

Since this is a hands-on training, seating will be limited to 20 participants per class. Registration is limited to one participant per I-Share library at this time.
