  • Liz Hollendonner is an assistant professor in Staley Library at Millikin University, where she currently coordinates Access Services, Electronic Resources, and Technical Services as well as serves as an instruction and reference librarian. Liz has been at Staley Library since May 2019 and joined the rank of library faculty in January 2021. 
  • Erich O'Connor is the Student Employee Coordinator and a certified Scrum Master in the User Services Department at Brookens Library, University of Illinois Springfield. He started as a student worker in 2013, progressed to a full-time staff member in 2015. Erich actively explores fresh approaches to incorporate agile project management in work they do at the library.
