Alma Community Zone (CZ) Electronic Collection IDs

Introduction

This page is useful to those who activate, deactivate, delete, and update electronic resources, specifically electronic collections. Below are listings of CARLI products, the vendors, the Alma Interface Name (when it differs from the vendor name), the corresponding Alma Community Zone (CZ) Electronic Collection ID, the Electronic Collection Name in Alma (when it differs from the product name listed in Consortia Manager née the Selection System), the type of electronic collection in Alma, and a note (when information in Consortia Manager and in Alma need more context).

EBSCO database packages provided by carli and the state of illinois

These listings exclude the EBSCO products provided by CARLI and the State of Illinois. For these databases, visit the EBSCO Database Packages Provided by CARLI and the State of Illinois CARLI webpage for a complete list.

Note about alma electronic collection type

The Alma Collection Type column was added in August 2025. There are three electronic collection types in Alma: Aggregator package, Selective package, and Database. Database type collections are not active in the Network Zone, see the CARLI documentation. For more information on the various Alma electronic collection types, see Ex Libris documentation.

To use the IDs listed below to activate and/or deactivate electronic collections in Alma, the following roles are needed:

Repository Manager
