- Laurie Blandino, new director of CARLI, introduced herself.
- Fiscal Year 2027 CARLI Ebook Program updates going out in next newsletter.
- Ebook Program link
- CARLI now provides expanded access to Oxford Ebooks, with a total of 11 subject areas.
- Two new subject areas: Economics and Finance, Social Work.
- Wiley access will be similar to last year, with published Ebooks through 2027.
- University of Illinois access is still being completed.
- Ex Libris User’s Conference this week in Los Angeles.
- Several PDA announcements coming in the newsletter.
- Registration is available for a June 9 program on Emotional Labor in the Archives webinar.

- Annual Report Draft
- Next meeting occurs after final report due (end of May), so an email to review and confirm details will go out after feedback on the Community Chats has been added.
- Alma Analytics Chat
- Set for May 7, 2026 at 2:00pm, led by Edith and Julie.
- Currently 39 registrants.
- Questions were reviewed and confirmed.
- Register if you have not already.
- ADA Title II Accessibility discussion
- Harper College did not renew several resources for non-compliance.
- ISU has asked vendors to develop compliance plans.
- CARLI Brokered resources are compliant
- Indiana University has a nice statement about accessibility, which might be possible model.
- Are there free accessibility tools online that work with existing databases?
- Professional Development Alliance has done several webinars on the topic, with more planned for the future.
- Library Accessibility Alliance has been trying to do independent audits but are these types of efforts sufficient?
- CARLI members access to VPATs for brokered electronic resources are in now accessible in ConsortiaManager.
- Committee discussed ideas for future plans for the remainder of this year.

- How many libraries still have a collection development policy? And how does that interact with accessibility?
- ISU is currently updating their Collection Development Policy
- New Book Challenge Policy being developed
- Alma is adding more collection tools, e.g. retaining, withdrawal markings
- Collection Management Presentations & Webinars were most recently updated in 2015. Does this need to be archived?
