This session explores how to interpret COUNTER statistics and transform usage data into persuasive stories for academic libraries. Participants will learn to analyze COUNTER reports, obtain meaningful insights, and communicate the value and impact of library resources via data-informed storytelling. The program highlights two case studies that demonstrate how to translate numbers into reports that engage stakeholders and support evidence-based decision-making.
