2019 Annual I-Share Statistics Available

CARLI staff have completed preparing the FY 2019 annual statistical reports package for I-Share libraries.

• I-Share library staff may download these reports from your library's CARLI FTP directory.
  • CARLI compiled statistics for the reports using a date range of 7/1/2018-6/30/2019, inclusive.
  • The collection stat reports are snapshots, which are current as of the date at the top of each report.
  • Some I-Share libraries also receive the Annual Statistical Package on an alternative fiscal year cycle. Those libraries will also receive this current set of reports.
  • CARLI encourages libraries to download these reports now, and save them to a reliable location for later use.

  • You may also reach this page by going to the CARLI website, choosing I-Share from the Products & Services menu, then choosing Annual Statistics from the I-Share title bar (black bar near the top of the screen, find the “Annual Statistics” link towards the right hand side).
  • This webpage also includes tips for using the reports to fill out surveys from external state and national agencies.
     
• For analyzing your library's I-Share call slip lending statistics from UB Stat 4, Section 4a-Part2 and Section 4c, you can use the Call Slip Type Statistics Query Set.
  • This Shared SQL query set allows you to distinguish between promoted requests and direct requests, both local and UB, between a set of dates.
     
• CARLI staff have also compiled the I-Share consortial statistics, which are posted only to the CARLI website.
  These consortial reports include:
