ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Alison Wohlers is the Shared Print Program Manager at California Digital Library. As such, she leads collaborative print management efforts in the UC Libraries system and the Western Regional Storage Trust. Alison is also involved in the leadership of national shared print federations and initiatives as a

  • continuing member and past chair of the Partnership for Shared Book Collections Operations Committee
  • continuing member of the Rosemont Shared Print Alliance Operations Committee
  • co-coordinator of the CDL, CRL and HathiTrust Collaboration for Shared Print 

ABOUT WEST

The Western Regional Storage Trust (WEST) is a distributed shared print journal archiving program founded in 2010 and hosted by the California Digital Library at the University of California. WEST members collaborate to collectively preserve and provide continued access to print collections in the long-term. This work is rooted in data-driven decision-making and sustainable practices that leverage group action to augment local capacity for strategic collection management and development.
