Sunsetting the NC LIVE Website Service

After careful consideration, NC LIVE has decided to sunset sales and maintenance of the Website Service to libraries outside of North Carolina, effective January 1, 2027. This change allows the NC LIVE team to focus more fully on supporting their member libraries. NC LIVE will continue to provide support to CARLI users through December 31, 2026, after which NC LIVE support will no longer be available for CARLI users.

CARLI is unable to offer the Website Service without NC LIVE central support and will cease all sales immediately. CARLI will continue to host the NC LIVE external customization files for current CARLI users through June 30, 2027.

CARLI is working with current users to determine needs, what other web publishing alternatives may be an option, and how best to support users during this transition.
