I-ShareCirculation Transactions Comparison FY 2026

This report uses Circulation Stat 3 and AFN Stat 1 data to compare the total number of loans made to your home patrons ("Local Circ") with the total number of loans made to users from another I-Share library ("I-Share Circ").
This report may be used for general peer comparison but should not be used for answering statistical surveys. To answer statistical surveys, each library should use their individual Circulation Stat 3 report to calculate totals.
Notes:
- If your institution uses the ILLINET linked user records to record OCLC/other ILL system transactions in Alma, those loans are NOT counted in the data below, but they ARE counted in the data for the individual institution copy of Circulation Stat 3 that is uploaded to your FTP. Because of this exclusion/inclusion, the totals for your library (and the overall totals of loans) in these reports may not match.
- Similarly, if your institution has any local user records assigned the I-Share user group (either intentionally or accidentally), those loans will be included as an I-Share loan in this report, and also in AFN Stats 1 & 2.
