The CARLI Preservation Committee is pleased to present a webinar on “Pests of the Midwest and Environmental Monitoring.”  This webinar will be held on Tuesday, June 17th, 2014 from 10:00 – 11:30am.

Four panelists on this webinar will share their knowledge and expertise on environmental monitoring, library pests, and applying an Integrated Pest Management program.

Bonnie Parr will describe the environmental monitoring done at Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. David Bell will introduce a home-grown system for environmental monitoring developed at Eastern Illinois University. William Schlaack and Miriam Centeno will identify library pests of the Midwest and describe the practical application of an Integrated Pest Management program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

There will be time at the end of the presentations for questions from attendees.
