Announcements   

CARLI UPDATES

  • No updates to Denise’s document about OCLC Worldshare Collection Manager.
  • Discussed automated export of eBook collections to OCLC
  • CY24 selections closed
  • FY25 CARLI eBooks is open in the selection system. You can click ask CARLI to request a change to the amount (any amount you like); also use ask CARLI button to get an invoice at a specific time;December 15 is the deadline

Decisions

  • Decided to record our next meeting so those who aren’t able to attend can watch it later.
  • Plan a webinar for Spring 2024 on the basics of adding license information to Alma (where to find licenses in the selection system, , how to use what CARLI pulls out, where to find licenses outside selection system, what language to look for) and do advanced settings (what displays in Primo, etc.) next year.
  • Send out webpages with info on IPEDS and ACRL Survey
  • Answer ERM questions and post to CARLI website to share

Tasks Assigned

  • Elizabeth Nelson did meeting minutes.
  • Denise/Marisa to follow up on Alma/Primo Office Hours plan for January since they may be doing IPEDS/ACRL Survey
