- Open Access Ebooks Subcommittee
- The subcommittee is reviewing collections to see if they meet the criteria established for open access collections.
- Alma Analytics Subcommittee
- Instead of looking at creating new reports, focus on existing reports and how they work. Identifying what information and reports may be gathered from Alma without the need to use Analytics. Reviewing resources available on previous subcommittee created site to confirm if the resources are still relevant. Jen shared a link to the shared analytics page on the CARLI website. See Shared Analytics Reports that your institution can run" section of this page: https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/i-share/alma-analytics. Andrea pointed out that there are canned reports in the Dashboard portion of Analytics that may be of interest.
- DEI Subcommittee
- The subcommittee had a discussion about evaluating collections and the idea of evaluating what resources are being checking out. Also, local situations impact DEI modifications to collection.
