Are you interested in sponsoring a CARLI event?

CARLI meetings, workshops, and forums attract library directors and staff from our 128 Governing member libraries. Event sponsorships fund the CARLI Scholarship! The CARLI Scholarship provides financial assistance to current employees of CARLI Governing Member Libraries pursuing graduate studies leading to a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sponsor Levels

Gold Level- $1,500

  • Company logo on the event website
  • Company logo on all PR materials (agenda, event announcement)
  • Vendor table at the event (staffed by vendor representative; vendor is responsible for any facility Internet connectivity charges, if applicable)
  • Company information available at all tables during a meal (menu determined by CARLI)
  • Naming rights for a meal (menu determined by CARLI)
  • Recognition in an email to all attendees prior to the event
  • Recognition as a lead sponsor in the event and acknowledged as such in the opening address

Difference from Silver Level:

  • Recognition in an email to all attendees prior to the event

Silver Level- $1,000

  • Company logo on the event website
  • Company logo on all PR materials (agenda, event announcement)

Bronze Level- $500

  • Company logo on the event website
  • Company logo on all PR materials (agenda, event announcement)
  • Vendor table at the event (staffed by vendor representative; vendor is responsible for any facility Internet connectivity charges, if applicable)

In-Kind sponsorship may be authorized following consultation with CARLI.

Sponsorship of this or any CARLI event, or of the CARLI Scholarship campaign will in no way be an exchange for promise of current or future business or preferential treatment in procurement opportunities through CARLI. Sponsorships are tax-deductible.
