Registration open for Alma Automated Fulfillment Network (AFN) testings sessions

In Alma, the Automated Fulfillment Network (AFN) functionality is the analog to Voyager's Universal Borrowing (UB) functionality. Ex Libris staff have finished the initial setup of the AFN for all 91 I-Share libraries, and as discussed during the 1/23 Office Hours, it's time for all I-Share libraries to test both the network setup, and their library's own settings.

To assist, the CARLI Office has scheduled several optional, live, group testing opportunities.

During the live sessions, we'll walk through some requests end to end, starting in Primo VE and ending with the requested item returned to its own library. We'll use test requests at the attendee's libraries, and take turns sharing screens to watch the process happen. We'll also discuss how you can practice on your own time, including how to ask your colleagues in other I-Share libraries to assist in your testing.

Please share this information with your colleagues who may be interested.
