Working with Invoices

Creating an Invoice from a Purchase Order

  1. Go to Acquisitions menu > Receiving and Invoicing > Create Invoice.
  2. Select From PO, click Next.

  3. Select the menu button to begin a search.
    The Select PO box includes a menu button to search for records.
  4. Select a search index, such as PO# or PO Line.

  5. Click on a PO from the results list.

  6. Click Save.
    The save button is in the top right corner of the screen.
  7. The Invoice Details screen opens; edit the details, such as the Invoice Number (defaults to the PO#).

  8. Go to the Invoice Lines tab to verify and edit contents.
    The invoice lines tab for the invoice includes line items from the PO.
  9. Save and Continue when you're ready.
