This first psychoeducational webinar of the two-part series Redefining Self-Care in the Midst of a Global Pandemic will discuss what is needed in addition to routine self-care during a global pandemic. Characteristics of different types of stress, including traumatic stress, will be reviewed as well as the range of stress responses.
