PDA Event: In the Beginning Was DEI: Infusion into a Small Stand-Alone Seminary Library

Dolores Yilibuw and Katie Wolsky will speak about how Lexington Theological Seminary has intentionally infused DEI into its academic life through the strategic initiative of the institution and, subsequently, affected the collection and service of the library. 

Attendees will come away with ideas for navigating the terrain of funding for collecting in material areas that have not been the norm at an institution, collection policy tweaking to accommodate DEI, and providing the necessary services for DEI in a specific context.
