PDA Event: The Before and After: Returning to Work with COVID Restrictions Still in Place

Wednesday, January 19, 2022 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

While it was challenging to work from home for 18 months, many feel returning to work with COVID restrictions still in place to be even more difficult.  In this session, we will explore some of the reasons for this such as continued isolation, the loss of workplace traditions and rituals, and grief associated with the loss of colleagues, friends, and family members.  We will also try to identify ways to address these issues so as to improve our workplace experience.

If there are particular issues you would like to see addressed in this session, please send them to CARLI Support by January 14, 2022.
Please note that we will not be looking at issues surrounding workload in this session.
