We'll share these during the meeting and on the CARLI website.
Submit narrative memories to CARLI Support with “CARLI memories” as the subject line.
Share photos from your library’s last 20 years! Save photos here with a descriptive file name. For each photo, please include a statement referencing the permission source/license for CARLI to share the photo.
Submit entries for the “Curious Things from Your Collection” contest. Bring to the October 21 meeting the most outlandish, weird, and/or strangest thing (or a picture of it) in your library’s collection(s), or submit your entry to CARLI Support with “Curious Collections.” Limit 3 items per attendee.
Attendees will vote to select the winner!

Anyone may register to attend the CARLI Annual Meeting and 20th Anniversary Celebration!
To register to attend in-person, please click on the "Register" tab above. The registration deadline is Monday, October 13.
We are also providing a virtual streaming option for those who wish to attend online. To attend virtually, register here.
If you need to cancel your in-person registration, please email CARLI Support.
If you are a CARLI director, or a CARLI director's designee and planning to attend the Directors Meeting before the Annual Meeting, please register for that meeting as well.
CARLI plans to capture photographs and video of this event. Be aware that if you attend, you are consenting to the possibility that your image and likeness may be shared or published for communications and publicity purposes.
Interested in Carpooling to Champaign?
CARLI occasionally receives questions from members about shared transportation options for the CARLI Annual Meeting. For those who would like to try this option, we have created a carpooling event for the Annual Meeting using the freely available service Group Carpool.com.

- Drivers will need to add their vehicles.
- Riders (once a vehicle is available) can join the ride. There’s a waitlist for riders needing vehicles.
- You’ll need to make your own arrangements for meeting each other.
- CARLI is not responsible for these arrangements, and is not reimbursing for travel expenses.
