Announcements   

  • SaaS Selection Cycle open in March
  • Marisa and Yanira will be at ER&L

Decisions

  • Consent to record the meeting.
  • Minutes of December meeting approved.
  • For the webinars, confirmed that our meeting will be from 1-1:30 and the webinar will be from 1:30-2:30; we will use the same Zoom meeting.
  • Email with LibGuide and demo video will go out ASAP.
  • We will discuss next steps for Operation Fiddle Faddle (OFF) at the February meeting.
  • “We subscribe to only some titles in this collection” – agree to set to no (Megan will add a blurb to guide to explain setting).

Discussion

Operation Fiddle Faddle:

  • Megan created a LibGuide
  • Robin made a demo video
  • Next steps depend on how many libraries still need help

Tasks Assigned

  • Elizabeth Nelson did meeting minutes.
  • Robin Hostetter will do the minutes for the February meeting.
  • Yanira Cruz will send out a Save the Date for the three sessions and begin working on scheduling from the CARLI end.
  • Jacob putting together email for OFF and Marisa sending email.
  • Megan will add a form to the LibGuide for questions.
