ERMC presents: Understanding Counter Stats, including the transition to 5.1

This session is intended to equip academic library staff with the knowledge and skills to interpret and use COUNTER statistics effectively. COUNTER (Counting Online Usage of Networked Electronic Resources) provides a consistent way to measure the use of electronic resources, such as e-journals, databases, and e-books. We will also provide an overview of COUNTER Release 5.1 and offer guidance to help library staff transition from COUNTER 5 to 5.1.
