Let's Talk about Fulfillment- Reports @ UIU: Using Alma Analytics to Count For You!

We all have a story to tell about the work we do and part of telling it is using data to help us understand where all of that time went!

Scheduling reports with Alma Analytics has been transformative for how Central Access Services at University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign (UIU) collects data so they can track and observe trends and celebrate what they’ve accomplished. Janelle Sander will be sharing what kinds of Alma transactions UIU collects from Analytics and how the reports were constructed.
