Through developing supportive and empowering relationships with students, the Learning Technology Specialist has significant responsibility in upholding the College’s focus on student learning. The Specialist is responsible for the delivery of a multitude of technology support services for students The role will collaborate with faculty, staff and students to evaluate what technological barriers are hindering student success and help provide solutions to overcome those challenges. Using a collaborative, holistic approach, this role will develop and implement an array of technological support services in multiple formats (individual, group, online, in-person, workshops, videos, etc.). This position works directly with the Library, Tutoring and Academic Support Center, and IT Help Desk.
