Decisions:

• Minutes of the March 17th meeting were approved prior to the meeting.
• The meeting was adjourned at 3:42 pm.
• We will host Open Houses again since there are schools interested in hosting.

Announcements:

• CARLI Announcements:
  • The Instruction Committee is looking for presenters for the Instruction Showcase.  The Showcase is July 20th at Heartland Community College.
  • The Great Lakes Resource Sharing Conference is open for registration.
  • Debbie and Lorna are working on the Processing Fee Statement.

Tasks assigned:

• Annual Project:
  • Jeff will incorporate Bryan’s lending document and Kelly’s information on tracking open Access into the introduction he has started.
  • Kelly will continue annotating the open access source list.
  • Everyone will clean up the annotations in the annotated bibliography, and Amy will then normalize the language and formatting.
  • Jen will work on basic definitions for the project.
• Debbie collected topics for future discussion and will email them to the email list.
