Decisions

• Approved minutes of the March 2012 meeting.
• Adjourned at 1:20 PM.

Announcements

• We are prepared for the 4/27/12 open house at Chicago State University.
• CARLI staff will distribute evaluation forms following the CSU open house via e-mail to all attendees. Results are collected and analyzed by CARLI staff.
• Collections Working Group and PSWG members planning the joint program at Joliet Junior College will be meeting in about two weeks.

Tasks assigned

• Andrew or Matt will distribute a joint program update via e-mail after their planning group meeting.

Meeting dates

The next PSWG meeting will be held via conference call between 1:00 and 2:00 on Thursday, 5/17/12.
