Decisions

• Minutes of January 22, 2025 approved with corrections.
• AI Symposium:
  • CARLI staff will request presenters slides by April 9.
  • CARLI staff will schedule an optional tech check with the presenters.
  • Leslie will be the timekeeper for the day.

Announcements

• Member Announcements:
  • Dawn Sterning (Prairie State College): Library furniture remodel and Sensory Inclusive room have been completed. Both have been well received.
  • Diana Sykes (Erikson Institute): Currently working on creating an institutional repository and weeding their children’s collection.
• CARLI Announcements:
  • CARLI has a Last Copy Program and encourages institutions to use it if they have a last copy print item they are weeding from their collection. 

Discussion

• Registration is currently open and there are 50 people registered. Reminder that committee members also need to register.
• Currently all but one presenter has replied that they are onboard with conference being open to PDA.
• How will wrap up session be presented? Orally, Slidedeck, Padlet etc. Diana looking into Padlet. 
• Slides were original due April 11 but that will be moved to April 9.
• Tech check will be done prior to conference.
• Who will be doing introduction and wrap up? Leslie will be the timekeeper.
