      • Bonnie looked into Springfield, in addition to the Abraham Lincoln Museum, the Illinois State Archives and Illinois State Military Museum. All can accommodate.
      • If possible, we will announce the open house in January so people can save the date.
      • Bonnie suggested the open house taking place after May.
      • We also should take into consideration ALA and SAA (and any other conferences happening throughout the summer).
      • If the workshop is held in Springfield, we may need to narrow it down to two locations: Lincoln Museum and Illinois State Military Museum. State Archives would require more transportation coordination.
