Discussion Items

• Newsletter tips
  • The format and purpose of the newsletter tips was explained to new member Jamie Nelson. Jamie agreed to take on March (Disaster Planning).
  • Melanie agreed to take on April (Grant Writing).
  • Jenny stated that her tips (still image) will be completed shortly.
  • Greg stated that his tips (sound) will be completed by December 21st.
• Preservation Information & News
  • Members reviewed proposed links prior to the conference call, and agreed to the additions.
• Spring Open House
  • Miriam will be meeting with Josh Harris soon to get a feel for the day.  Miriam will create and outline for the afternoon breakout sessions.  Registration will open February 22nd.
  • Spring In Person Meeting
  • Agenda will include a post-mortem of the open house/workshop, as well as other on-going business.
