Announcements

• We still need a co-chair for the spring, and someone to take minutes in March
• October event on 10/30 at 1:30 pm
• New meeting dates for November and December
  • Wednesday, November 29 1-3 pm
  • Wednesday, December 13 1-3 pm

Decisions

• Further discussion and decisions regarding the modality/format of the showcase will happen at the Nov. meeting.
• November event (Alex and Heather moderating, Thursday Dec. 7 @ 1-2 pm) will focus on building relationships with faculty, and we will vote on the article from the 4 listed via email.

Tasks assigned

•  Instruction Committee Co-Chairs: send out a poll with possible readings (ASAP)
•  Full Committee: Vote on preferred reading (11/1) and edit descriptions/suggest discussion questions (by 11/3)
• Event Co-Facilitators: Prepare script for event
• Full Committee: Look Over Description and Script, add any final suggestions
• Denise and/or Debbie: Send out final announcement (12/1)
