Decisions:

• The TF will adjust the project timeline regarding review of open source options. Remove the hiring of a consultant.
• The TF will perform an informal evaluation of the open source systems implemented by CARLI System Services using the completed RFP specifications. This evaluation will be complete before the RFP is released for bid.
• Open source vendors may bid on RFP after release.
• Proposals from vendors may address either local (i.e., CARLI-hosted) or vendor-hosted implementations, but only one approach per proposal.
• The TF decided upon a set of factors for consistently evaluating open-ended response questions.
• The TF will move the May 15 meeting to May 21.
• The TF will move the first draft deadline for the KB-Linking and Selecting-Acquiring specification teams from May 11 to June 1. Describing and Selecting teams still have the May 11 deadline.
• The TF will move the final draft deadline for the KB-Linking and Selecting-Acquiring teams from June 15 to June 29. Describing and Selecting teams still have the June 15 deadline.
• The TF will hold a two day meeting in July to review the KB-Linking and Selecting-Acquiring final drafts, and begin integrating and organizing team documents into RFP chapters.
