Announcements
- Marisa thanked outgoing members Joanna Kolendo and Robin Hofstetter with a special thank you to Robin for co-chairing and writing the annual report.
- Only 4 libraries need to complete work for OFF Project with only 1 library hasn’t communicated updates with CARLI.
- CARLI has an agreement with CELUS to report usage for CARLI-purchased content.
- CARLI should be able to broker CELUS for member libraries in FY28.
- ERMT will continue through summer on 4th Wednesday of each month at 9am.
Decisions
- Consent to record the meeting.
- April 2026 Meeting Minutes uploaded to Box by Thane.
- No ERMC meeting in June.
Discussion
- Andrea gauged interest from other members in Insider Higher Ed subscriptions. Nicole Ream-Sotomayor said that talks with the publisher will continue ahead of FY28 but pricing is a problem for all subscribers.
- Jacob expressed interest in using the ERMC monthly meetings as a space to share takeaways from conferences that members are able to attend.
Tasks Assigned
Anyone interested in serving as co-chair should e-mail Marisa.
Committee will wait for results from Commercial Products’ summer survey to inform Fall activity for ERMC.
Jacob will collect a list of previously-mentioned topics of interest for August meeting including basic and advanced troubleshooting, Alma Acquisitions, and more.
