Announcements   

• CARLI: 18 Kanopy collections in Community Zone now have MARC record information from content providers. Kanopy records will now be enriched with content provider data monthly.

Decisions

• Consent to record the meeting.
• Minutes of November meeting updated.
  • Minutes of November meeting approved as amended.
• 3 Webinar dates confirmed: save the dates to be sent in January newsletter
  • February 9th hosted by Jacob
  • March 16th hosted by Samantha and Megan
  • April 13th hosted by Andrea, Elizabeth N., and Samantha
• EBSCO/OFF project: Communication of questions and/or troubleshooting to be shared with members from CARLI ticketing system via email.

Discussion

• EBSCO/OFF project: Jacob, Megan, and Robin with CARLI. 
  • Robin to make a video of the activation process from OpenAthens viewpoint.
    • Robin to help Concordia University with activation.
  • Megan to make LibGuide on process.
