CARLI Updates

• The new CARLI Director has started
• The Collection Management Committee will hold two chats in January and February
• CY26 is almost done. Still finalizing licenses with Sage and ACS.

PRODUCT PROPOSALs

• Schlager Group - discussion deferred until January meeting

Annual Project Ideas

• Brokering webinar
• ConsortiaManager webinar
  • Committee discussed what information would be helpful. Decision to give basic overview of features, as well as features that are available but underused.
  • Nicole will work on a list of functionalities that might be of interest from ConsortiaManager

Other business

• The committee reviewed the e-resources usage statistics page on the CARLI website that was created by the committee several years ago
  • Most information on the page is outdated
  • Suggestion to provide vendor-specific usage information in ConsortiaManager. Nicole will test this and present at next meeting.

Decisions

• Minutes of the November 14 meeting were approved.
• Proposal for the Schlager Group will be deferred to January.
• Meeting adjourned at 11:29 a.m.

• Jenny will post notes/presentation on the brokering program from 2022
• Nicole will work on a list of functionalities that might be of interest from ConsortiaManager
