CARLI Updates

• Last day for CY26 selections
• Jenny and Elizabeth attended the Charleston Conference last week and met with a lot of vendors
• Elizabeth let the committee know that information on the FY27 E-Book Program will be coming soon
• Marisa has been working on updating e-resource management documentation pages on the CARLI website. Feedback is welcome through CARLI Support.

Discussion

PRODUCT PROPOSALs

• There were no product proposals this month

Annual Project Ideas

• The committee discussed several ideas for an annual project. Decided to host a presentation on CARLI's brokering program in January and then maybe on ConsortiaManager in February.

Other business

• The committee discussed vendors that were name frequently in the e-resources interest survey and whether CARLI should reach out for proposals.

Decisions

• Minutes of the October 10 meeting were approved.
• The committee decided to host a presentation on CARLI's brokering program in January and maybe one on ConsortiaManager in February.
• Meeting adjourned at 11:51 a.m.

Tasks Assigned

• Jenny will post notes/presentation on the brokering program from 2022
• Nicole will work on a list of functionalities that might be of interest from ConsortiaManager
• Committee will review notes that Jenny adds to Box
• CARLI staff will consider reaching out to a vendor for a proposal
