PRODUCT PROPOSALS

Third Iron - the committee will continue discussion at the September meeting

Other Business

• CARLI staff and committee members introduced themselves.
• Jenny introduced the general work of the committee and proposed that the committee work on re-vamping the vendor proposal process this year. This could include looking at CARLI’s vendor expectations/requirements, the information requested from vendors, as well as the committee’s process for reviewing proposals.
• Nicole briefly covered CARLI’s committee guidelines and discussed committee communication methods. This year the CPC will use Box to share committee documents.
• Chair/Co-Chairs – Marie and Michele expressed an interest in co-chairing the committee this year. Thane had also expressed interest at the June meeting. CARLI staff will follow-up via e-mail.
• The committee discussed the standing meeting schedule for the year and decided to meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m. beginning in September.

Decisions

• Minutes from the June 8 meeting were approved.
• The committee decided that future meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 1-2 p.m., via Zoom. The meeting minute taker will be determined alphabetically by last name.
• The committee will skip meeting in August; recurring meetings will begin September 12.
• The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 p.m.

Tasks Assigned

• CARLI staff will follow-up via e-mail with Marie, Thane, and Michele about co-chairs for this committee year.
• CARLI staff will schedule and send invites for upcoming meetings.
