Selection system redesign  - The selection system redesign project continues in the maintenance phase in which continued testing and improvements are taking place.  Vendors and librarians will hopefully test in December.

License agreement update - CY16 agreements in process with ACS & Wiley

The CY16 Database Brokering Cycle is currently in process and to date 59 libraries have made selections for 2016.

Usage Statistics Resource page proposal was approved by Susan Singleton.  To gather resources to include on the page, the committee drafted a message to post on the listerv. Please look at the proposed message sent by Ann to the committee and respond with edits by Friday, November 13th.

continuing education

The EBSCO webinar has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 17 at 2:00pm.  An announcement was sent to the e-resources contacts and collections email lists and a reminder will also be sent.

New Proposals

Equinox Religious Studies Journals - The group decided there would probably not be enough interest to pursue a CARLI agreement due to the special nature of the product.

Film Platform - The group decided not to pursue an agreement at this time due to the current budget situation in many CARLI libraries which is forcing cuts to collections and e-resources.

Business Expert Press & Momentum – continue discussion at the next meeting.

Revisit discussion of small package proposals for next meeting.
