New Proposals

Marquis Who’s Who - the proposal was discussed but the group did not believe there would not be enough interest by CARLI member libraries to pursue a consortial agreement.

Vendor agreements - Work on the RFP license consolidation continues to progress with some of the agreements in Purchasing for approval.  New license agreements will be needed for Lexis Nexis and the Chronicle since those are expiring on 6/30/15.

New Selection System - work continues on the new system and it is on schedule for testing in June.

Usage Statistics - Cindy is preparing usage statistics for the board for some of the CARLI subsidized products.  CPC members provided input on the possible reasons for decreasing usage numbers for some of these products.

Elizabeth provided an update of the CARLI eBook PDA Program that ended recently.
