• Annual Project (previously White Paper) – due May 31, 2015
• Continuing Education  Ideas
• Review and Update E-Resources Licensing Principles

The group discussed the annual project and is leaning toward updating the licensing principles, which have not been updated since FY08.

5.  updates

• Selection System redesign - work on the next phase (development) is scheduled to begin this Fall after approval from Purchasing.
• RFP and sole source license consolidation - CARLI is consolidating and signing new contracts with its major vendors to avoid disruptions due to impending potential changes in state procurement policies.
• A new agreement with AAAS is in progress.  Pricing will be added into the selection system for CY15.

7.  Pending Proposals and interest survey results:

The interest survey produced a good initial response (62%).

• Docuseek2 - the collection option will be offered in the CY15 selection cycle. Individual title pricing may be added at a later time.
• Learning Express - pricing will be offered to CARLI members
• Nature and Scientific American Archives - pricing will be offered to CARLI members
