- The September 22, 2025 minutes were approved with minor corrections.
- Save the Date for First Discussion - Resource Promotion in the title
- Thursday, January 15th, from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
- Julie Murphy will be the lead and be assisted by Briana Love.
- Julie will write a blurb and send it to Elizabeth Clarage on October 28th.
- Save the Date for the Second Discussion about Collecting Non-Traditional Materials (Manga, Graphic Novels, Vinyl Records) or Share Your Unique Collection.
- Thursday, February 26th, from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

- Member Announcements:
- Jackie Mann (DePaul University): Will be attending the Charleston Conference.
- CARLI Announcements:
- Ebooks selected for perpetual access were announced at the CARLI Annual Meeting for a total of 9,640 ebooks for FY21-FY25.
- Consortia Manager for CY26 is open through November 14th.
- ACS pricing has just been received by CARLI and will be entered shortly.
- CARLI Consortial eBook pricing will be added later in November.
- All new electronic resource contracts have accessibility language in the contracts from the University of Illinois. It is being added to previous contracts.
- CARLI has a meeting this afternoon with RAILS about eRead Illinois moving from Boundless to another platform.
Discussion
- CARLI Annual Meeting Table Talk – Topics included what reports are helpful, what reports are desired, and training for Alma Analytics. It would be helpful if this committee could facilitate ongoing Alma Analytics training, if possible.

- Diversity Audits
- Elizabeth noted that at the Illinois Library Association Conference there was a presentation that included information about diversity audits for nonfiction collections. She will share the session description with the committee via email.
- The committee discussed the November and December committee meetings and determined that more committee members were available to attend when the meetings were moved.
- The November meeting will now be held on November 17 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
- The December meeting will now be held on December 15 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
