  • CARLI has a new logo.

Discussions

  • Discussed collaborative collection development and the annual project.

Decisions

  • Approval of October 15, 2015 minutes.
  • The January meeting was changed to January 14, 2016.
  • The March meeting was changed to March 24, 2016.
  • The committee will use the survey to coordinate future opportunities for collaborative monograph collection development.  Activities may include meetings, webinars, and workshops.
  • Committee designed questions and layout for survey.
  • Survey Distribution Plan and Timeline
    • Distribution of survey on CARLI email lists (directors, collection & content group, e-resources list) on December 9, 2015 if CARLI staff review is complete by this date.
    • Reminder will be sent on January 4, 2016.
    • Survey will close on January 8, 2016.

Tasks assigned

  • Kristina Howard will take minutes for November 19, 2015 meeting.
  • Elizabeth Clarage will put survey questions in SurveyMonkey.
  • Committee members will review and approve survey by November 25, 2015.
  • Elizabeth Clarage will submit survey for CARLI approval.
