Decisions

• The minutes of the September 17, 2015 meeting were approved with minor corrections.
• Susan Prokopeak will draft the project proposal. It will be a survey.  The committee is interested in a snapshot of the collection strengths of member libraries.
• At the meeting in November the committee will make a decision about a spring webinar which will share the survey results.
• At the November meeting the committee will work on the survey and the plan for the distribution of the survey.
• The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.

Tasks Assigned

• Sally Gibson will take the minutes for the October 15th meeting.
• Susan Prokopeak will bring the Survey of Print Collections to the November meeting.
• Susan Prokopeak will write the draft project proposal and send it to the committee for feedback.
• The committee will identify three questions which are critical to the survey.
