Minutes

• Matt Short was confirmed to take minutes this month.
• The May 9, 2017 meeting minutes were approved.

Ongoing Project Status Reports

• Tumblr
  • Margaret suggested that we consider taking a break from posting to Tumblr during July while a new schedule is being prepared.
  • Anne Craig reminded the University of Illinois attorney about ongoing Tumblr questions related to rights.
  • Margaret reported that we are up to 593 followers.
• Featured Image/Digitized Book
  • Margaret will reuse the existing template to create a new posting schedule. She welcomed anyone on the committee with an interest to post during the interim period.
• CARLI Google Analytics
  • No updates. Matt will take over Google Analytics responsibilities going forward.

End of Year Wrap-up

There was a general consensus that the documentation revisions have been useful and should continue into the next year.

Election of a New Chair for 2017-2018

Ellen was elected by acclaim.

Next Meeting

The next committee conference call will be scheduled by Ellen for sometime in July.
