CARLI Hiring Three Staff Positions

CARLI is hiring three staff positions to support the ongoing work of the Consortium. These positions are mostly hybrid with occasional travel to the office.

Library Services Coordinator – CARLI User Services
Serves as front line support for library software and systems (currently Ex Libris Alma, Primo VE, and OCLC's CONTENTdm) that provide mission critical services in Illinois academic libraries. Develops and provides reports, instructional materials, and enhancements to customer service that are proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused. Position Closes: April 13, 2022

Library Services Coordinator – CARLI Electronic Resources
Assists other CARLI staff in maintaining the CARLI database brokering program and in making e-resources available to members. Serves as a contact on projects related to the database brokering and the electronic resources program. Plans and coordinates projects for CARLI's library management system I-Share (currently Ex Libris Alma) and specifically electronic resources in consultation with CARLI staff and member libraries. Position Closes: April 13, 2022

Senior Library Services Coordinator – CARLI System Services
Leads major information technology/systems projects affecting the operations of CARLI libraries, including installation, technical support, and upgrade of state-of-the-art library systems that enable statewide sharing of library materials and electronic resources, including support of Ex Libris Alma and Primo VE, OpenAthens identity service, and management of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture. Position Closes: May 2, 2022
