This Ex Libris Alma Implementation Training for CARLI libraries will focus on Day-to-Day Patron Services within an Automated Fulfillment Network.

Description:

Ex Libris staff will go through the day-to-day activities serving at a library's Circulation desk, taking into account a patron who wants to borrow an item at the home library, a patron who requests an item from another consortium member, as well as a patron who visits the library at another consortium member's institution.
