Please join us Tuesday, March 16th from 10-11:30am for a session on “Patron requests in Alma: A summary presentation on what we've learned”

During this session, we will plan to review:

  • The lifecycle of a local and an I-Share/AFN request in Alma, for both the patron and library staff
  • Daily workflows for processing patron requests
  • Primo VE and patron requests
  • Request maintenance tasks
  • Basics of Alma configuration for patron requests
  • Troubleshooting the more common request issues
  • Current known issues

This session will NOT cover:

  • Digitization or Booking requests
  • Alma Analytics for patron requests
  • Integrations with ILLiad, Tipasa, or other outside I-Share ILL systems
